Funko pops are collectible miniature models of characters from films, TV series, comics, therefore fictional characters, but also of real world celebrities. They are also known as bobbleheads, i.e. puppets with lolling heads. Funko is the company that created these products for collectors. Born with Mike Becker, who started with the reproduction of characters from the past, Funko later became owned by Brian Mariotti, under the name of Funko LLC. Thanks to the foresight of Mariotti's project, today the company has contracts with big names in the film sector, such as Disney, Warner Bros, Dreamworks, and in the comics sector, such as Marvel, DC Comics
